This command is cleaner than disable, as it removes the item completely instead of just hiding it from view.setownershipAllows you to make things ownerless. They won't become yours.

When used on chests, applies to everything inside.setfavorstate <#0 = inactive, 1 = active. Makes any targeted NPC obey player commands by moving the cursor over an interactable object or NPC while activated.
